Onam in Kochi 2026: Gifts, Offers, Sadya and Festive Celebrations

When Onam arrives, Kochi changes its rhythm. Streets become festive, shops fill with traditional clothes, supermarkets stock up for Sadya, offices and institutions organize celebrations, and neighbourhoods come alive with Pookalam, music and games. Onam Ponnonam in Kochi is not one event but a citywide celebration where tradition and modern life meet.

Kochi is gearing up for Onam with celebrations across malls, shops and residential communities. Lulu Mall, Forum Mall and Central Square Mall are hosting festive programmes, Onam offers and entertainment, while new films are also releasing during the season.

Onam is also a popular time for families to upgrade home appliances, kitchen equipment and utensils. Retailers like Pittappillil Agencies are offering special Onam deals on home and kitchen products. Meanwhile, resident associations across Kochi are organising Sadya, cultural programmes and community celebrations.

Traditional Onam Sadya served on a banana leaf with rice, curries, vegetables, pickles and Kerala-style dishes.
Onam Sadya in Kochi: A festive feast of traditional Kerala flavours served on a banana leaf.

From Mahabali to Kochi

Onam begins with the beloved story of King Mahabali, remembered for his prosperous and equal kingdom. According to tradition, Mahabali returns to visit his people every year, and Kerala welcomes him with flowers, food, new clothes and togetherness.

The ten-day journey from Atham to Thiruvonam gradually builds the festive mood. In 2026, Thiruvonam falls on 26 August.

Athachamayam: The Festive Beginning

The Onam season gets a spectacular start with Athachamayam at Thrippunithura, where processions, traditional performances, percussion, decorated elephants and colourful costumes fill the streets. It is one of the best ways to experience Kochi’s cultural heritage at the beginning of the festive season.

Thrikkakara: The Spiritual Heart of Onam

The Thrikkakara Vamanamoorthy Temple holds a special place in the Onam tradition. Its annual 10-day Vamanamoorthy Utsav features Kodiyettu, temple rituals, cultural programmes, elephant processions, Onasadya and the concluding Arattu. With its connection to Vamana and the Mahabali legend, Thrikkakara offers a deeper spiritual experience of Onam.

Kakkanad Celebrates

Modern Kochi has its own Onam stage in Kakkanad. Community and district-level celebrations bring people together through Pookalam competitions, painting contests, tug-of-war, Onasadya, cultural programmes and music. The festivities culminate in a colourful grand procession, creating a lively public celebration for residents of the area.

Onam at Infopark and Offices

In Kochi’s corporate hub, Onam takes on a contemporary character. Infopark and offices across the city celebrate with traditional dress, Pookalam, music, dance, games, competitions and festive Sadya. It is a wonderful example of how Kerala’s traditions continue to find a place in today’s professional life.

Shopping, Textiles and Trade Fairs

Onam is also a major shopping season. Kochi’s textile showrooms, jewellery stores, supermarkets and shopping centres become busy with festive shoppers looking for kasavu sarees, mundus, traditional wear, gifts and household essentials.

Onam trade fairs and exhibitions add another dimension, bringing handloom, handicrafts, local products, food items and artisan-made goods to shoppers.

Pookalam, Sadya and Community Celebrations

From homes and apartment complexes to schools, colleges, offices and institutions, Pookalam competitions become a favourite activity. Children and adults work together to create colourful floral designs.

And then comes the highlight of Onam — Onasadya. Served traditionally on a banana leaf, the feast brings together rice, vegetables, curries, pickles, pappadam, chips.

Onam Sadya in Kochi

Kochi offers plenty of options to enjoy a traditional Onam Sadya with family, friends or colleagues.

Tip: Advance booking is recommended for larger groups during Onam 2026.

Beyond Karkidakam: The Importance of Ayurvedic Post-Treatment Care

Karkidakam ends, the rain begins to fade, and Kerala quickly moves into the festive mood of Chingam and Onam. But while the calendar changes, your body may still be recovering from the monsoon season.

For generations, Karkidakam has been linked with Ayurveda in Kerala through traditional diets, herbal preparations, oil therapies and rejuvenation treatments. However, many people overlook an important part of the process: what happens after Karkidakam?

Ayurveda views seasonal care as a continuing process. Treatment, diet, rest and post-treatment routines work together. Therefore, the weeks following Karkidakam can also provide an opportunity to restore balance and build healthier habits.

Post-Karkidakam Ayurveda treatment in Kerala for seasonal wellness
Post-Karkidakam Ayurveda treatment in Kerala supports a balanced transition after the monsoon.

Why Karkidakam Holds a Special Place in Ayurveda

Karkidakam coincides with Kerala’s southwest monsoon. Traditionally, Ayurveda associates this period with increased Vata and reduced digestive strength, or agni.

The heavy rains, humidity, reduced sunlight, and changes in daily activity can also affect appetite, energy and routine.

That is why traditional Karkidakam practices often focus on:

  • Light and easily digestible food
  • Rest and reduced physical strain
  • Ayurvedic therapies
  • Seasonal medicines
  • Rejuvenation and healthy routines

However, completing treatment does not mean the process is over.

Post-Monsoon Post-Treatment Care: The Missing Link After Karkidakam

Ayurveda gives importance to Paschat Karma, or post-treatment care. After certain therapies, the body needs time to gradually return to its normal routine. This makes post-monsoon care important after Karkidakam treatment.

It may include:

  • Gradually returning to regular foods
  • Avoiding heavy meals
  • Maintaining good sleep
  • Limiting strenuous activity
  • Following the physician’s advice
  • Continuing prescribed medicines
  • Attending follow-up consultations

This is especially important around Onam, when travel, late nights, heavy meals and an irregular routine can affect recovery.

You do not have to avoid celebrations. Instead, moderation and a balanced routine can help you transition smoothly after Karkidakam treatment.

Ayurveda for a Modern Lifestyle

Long work hours, screen time, irregular meals and stress can lead to stiffness, poor sleep, digestive issues and fatigue. For busy professionals in Kakkanad, extended Karkidakam leave may not be practical.

Nerium Ayurveda and Wellness Clinic in Kakkanad offers consultation-based Ayurvedic care designed around individual needs. If you are exploring Ayurveda packages in Kakkanad, choose a programme based on your health concerns rather than the number of therapies included.

A personalised Ayurvedic approach can help you maintain balance while fitting treatment into a busy routine.

What Can an Ayurvedic Programme Include?

There is no single treatment suitable for everyone. A qualified Ayurvedic physician should first assess the individual’s health, constitution and concerns.

Depending on that assessment, treatment may include:

  • Abhyanga: Warm medicated oil massage traditionally used for relaxation and Vata-related care.
  • Njavarakizhi: A nourishing therapy using warm rice boluses, traditionally used to support muscles and joints.
  • Shirodhara: A traditional therapy involving a continuous stream of warm oil, often included in relaxation and stress-management programmes.
  • Pizhichil: Controlled pouring of warm medicated oil, generally reserved for selected therapeutic cases.
  • Diet and internal medicines: Personalised dietary guidance and prescribed Ayurvedic medicines may complement external therapies.

Choose the Right Ayurveda Clinic in Kerala

Not every Ayurveda centre follows the same clinical standards. Therefore, before booking a treatment, ask:

  • Is a qualified Ayurvedic physician available for consultation?
  • Is the treatment personalised?
  • Are therapists appropriately trained?
  • Are medicines and oils sourced responsibly?
  • Does the centre provide post-treatment guidance and follow-up?

If you are searching for an Ayurveda clinic in Kerala, look beyond attractive packages and low prices. Good care begins with proper assessment and continues after the final treatment session.

Carry the Benefits Beyond Karkidakam

Karkidakam may be Kerala’s best-known Ayurvedic season, but seasonal wellness should not end when the rain does.

Whether you completed a treatment programme or missed it this year, Chingam and the months that follow offer an opportunity to reassess your routine, address recurring concerns and continue healthier habits.

Start with a consultation, follow personalised advice and let your post-monsoon reset become a year-round approach to wellbeing.

This article is for general information only and does not constitute individual medical advice. Consult a qualified Ayurvedic physician before beginning any treatment programme.

How to Plan a Kerala-Style Wedding in Bangalore: A Guide for Malayali Couples

Bangalore is home to a large Malayali community, so many couples choose to celebrate their wedding here while keeping their Kerala traditions.

The good news is that you can have a beautiful Kerala-style wedding in Bangalore. However, planning it is a little different from getting married in Thrissur, Kochi, or another city in Kerala. Talking Pictures Thrissur captures beautiful weddings across Kerala, including Guruvayoor and nearby areas around Kochi, bringing experience and a personal touch to every celebration.

The key is to plan the venue, food, rituals, and vendors around your traditions from the beginning.

Bride and groom celebrating their traditional Kerala wedding function with family and loved ones.
A joyful wedding celebration filled with love, tradition, and beautiful family moments.

Choose the Venue for Your Wedding, Not Just for Its Looks

A beautiful banquet hall may look perfect in photos, but it may not suit a traditional Kerala wedding.

A Kerala Hindu wedding usually includes a procession, nadaswaram and chenda, a mandapam, and rituals that guests should be able to see clearly.

Therefore, check the venue carefully before booking.

Ask the Venue These Questions

  • Is there enough space for the groom’s procession?
  • Can we use a mandapam?
  • Is an open flame or homam allowed?
  • Is the ceiling high enough for the mandapam setup?
  • Can outside caterers be brought in?
  • Is there enough space around the mandapam for guests and photographers?
  • Can traditional music be played at the venue?

By checking these details early, you can avoid problems later.

Plan the Sadya Properly

A Kerala wedding is not complete for many families without a traditional sadya.

However, serving a proper sadya in Bangalore needs some planning. You need banana leaves, the right dishes, enough servers, and people who understand the traditional serving order.

When choosing a caterer, ask:

  • How many sadya items are included?
  • Do you provide fresh banana leaves?
  • Do your servers know the traditional serving order?
  • Have you catered Kerala weddings in Bangalore before?
  • Can you handle the number of guests on your wedding date?

Also, book your caterer early because popular wedding dates can fill up quickly.

Choose Vendors Who Understand Kerala Traditions

Not every wedding vendor will be familiar with Kerala wedding customs. Therefore, choose vendors who have experience with the traditions you want to follow.

Priest

A Malayali priest can help ensure that the rituals, mantras, and timing follow your family’s traditions.

Musicians

If you want nadaswaram and chenda, book the musicians early. Since many Malayali weddings happen on the same auspicious dates, good teams can get booked quickly.

Wedding Photographer

Photography is another area where experience matters.

A Kerala wedding has many quick and meaningful moments, such as the thalikettu, pudavakoda, kanyadaanam, and family reactions. A photographer who understands the ceremony can prepare for these moments instead of trying to figure out what happens next.  Choose a photography team that works across Kerala and Bangalore and understands traditional Kerala wedding customs.

Book Vendors Early for Muhurtham Dates

Kerala Hindu weddings often take place on specific auspicious dates. As a result, many Malayali couples may be looking for the same vendors on the same days.

Once your date is fixed, start booking your important vendors immediately.

Prioritise:

  • Venue
  • Wedding photographer
  • Priest
  • Sadya caterer
  • Nadaswaram and chenda team
  • Makeup artist
  • Decor team

Waiting several weeks can mean your preferred vendors are already booked.

Keep the Kerala Touch Without Overdoing It

You don’t have to recreate every detail of a Kerala wedding venue.

Instead, focus on the elements that give your wedding its Kerala identity:

  • Traditional kasavu sarees
  • Kerala-style mandapam
  • Nadaswaram and chenda
  • Traditional sadya
  • Jasmine flowers
  • Kerala wedding rituals
  • Traditional lamps and decor

Simple, traditional details can often create a more authentic feel than expensive decorations.

What About the Reception?

Some couples choose to have the main wedding in Kerala and a reception in Bangalore.

This can work very well, especially when friends and colleagues cannot travel to Kerala.

If you do this, treat them as two different events. The wedding can remain traditional and intimate, while the Bangalore reception can be more relaxed.

If possible, use the same photography team for both events. This helps keep the photographs consistent and makes the final collection feel like one complete wedding story.

A Simple Wedding Planning Timeline

6–8 Months Before

  • Fix the wedding date
  • Book the venue
  • Book your photographer

Around 5 Months Before

  • Book the priest
  • Finalise the caterer
  • Book musicians
  • Start planning the decor

Around 3 Months Before

  • Finalise wedding outfits
  • Send invitations
  • Arrange guest accommodation

1 Month Before

  • Share the complete ritual schedule with your photographer
  • Discuss important moments with your photography and video team
  • Visit the venue if possible

1 Week Before

  • Confirm the procession route
  • Confirm open-flame permissions
  • Check banana leaf arrangements
  • Confirm all vendors and timings

Make Your Kerala Wedding Feel Like Home

A Kerala-style wedding in Bangalore does not have to feel different from a wedding in Kerala.

When you choose the right venue and work with vendors who understand your traditions, the planning becomes much easier. Most importantly, plan around your rituals instead of trying to fit your wedding into a standard wedding package.

With the right food, music, attire, mandapam, photography, and traditions, you can create a beautiful Kerala wedding in Bangalore while giving your family and guests the experience they have been looking forward to.

Ormeon IT Consulting: Best Digital Marketing Agency in Kochi Built on Results, Not Promises

Kerala’s business landscape has moved online faster than most companies have been able to keep up with. A clinic in Ernakulam, a hotel in Alappuzha, a real estate firm in Kochi, or an online store shipping statewide — all of them are now being found, judged, and chosen by customers who searched for them first. In a market this crowded, the agency you partner with matters just as much as the product or service you sell.

That’s the space Ormeon IT Consulting has built itself around — not another agency sending monthly reports nobody reads, but a full-service digital marketing and IT consulting company working with businesses across Kerala and Karnataka to actually move the needle.

best digital marketing agency in Kochi

1. A Google Premier Partner, Not Just a Google Partner

Credentials matter, and this is one of the clearest ways to separate agencies that deliver from agencies that talk. Ormeon IT Consulting holds Google Premier Partner status for 2026 — a distinction reserved for the top 3% of Google Partner agencies in the country, based on ad spend, sustained client growth, and campaign performance.

What that means in practice for a client:

  • Access to Google’s beta features and tools ahead of most agencies
  • Direct support from Google’s own partner team
  • Campaigns run by certified specialists rather than trial-and-error management

2. Local Kerala Expertise, Backed by a Multi-City Team

Generic, one-size-fits-all playbooks rarely work in Kerala, where search behaviour, language preferences, and local competition shift from city to city. Ormeon operates with active teams based in Kochi, Kerala, and Bengaluru, Karnataka — giving it the regional context to understand how search intent differs across Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode, and Trivandrum, and how to optimise Google Business Profiles for genuine local visibility.

3. Integrated Services Under One Roof

Fragmented marketing — a different vendor for SEO, ads, social, and the website, each working in isolation — is one of the most common reasons businesses burn through ad budget without seeing real leads. Ormeon brings these functions together instead of splitting them apart:

  • SEO – Search Engine Optimization — technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content, and local search visibility
  • Google Ads / PPC — search, display, remarketing, and shopping campaigns
  • Social Media Management — content strategy, community management, and paid social
  • Web Design and Redesign — conversion-focused, mobile-responsive websites
  • E-Commerce Development — Shopify and online store builds tailored for conversions
  • Digital Marketing Consultancy — strategy-first guidance for businesses figuring out where to start
  • Marketing Automation — CRM integration, lead tracking, and reporting dashboards

Alongside marketing, Ormeon also runs hosting and cloud infrastructure services — shared hosting, AWS cloud support, business email, and SSL — so a client’s website, marketing, and technical foundation can sit with one accountable partner instead of several disconnected vendors.

4. Industry Experience That Actually Transfers

Marketing a hospital is a different problem from marketing an e-commerce store or a law firm — the compliance concerns, trust signals, and buyer journeys are not the same. Ormeon works across healthcare, hospitality, real estate, education, e-commerce, and B2B sectors, which means the team has already solved variations of most problems a new client brings to the table, rather than starting from zero.

5. A Process You Can Actually Follow

A trustworthy agency should be able to explain its process without hiding behind jargon. Ormeon’s approach follows a clear structure:

  1. Audit & Research — understanding the business, competitors, and audience
  2. Strategy & Planning — defining goals, channels, budgets, and KPIs
  3. Execution — building campaigns, content, and creatives
  4. Continuous Optimisation — refining based on real performance data
  5. Transparent Reporting — sharing results in a way clients can actually understand, not just vanity metrics

Why Businesses in Kerala Work With Ormeon IT Consulting

What Clients Get Why It Matters
Google Premier Partner status Verified expertise and priority access to Google’s tools
Local Kochi and Bengaluru teams Region-specific targeting and local SEO relevance
Integrated marketing + hosting services One accountable partner instead of fragmented vendors
Transparent, data-backed reporting Clear visibility into what your budget is achieving
Cross-industry experience Faster, more informed strategy from day one

A Team, Not Just a Vendor

Ormeon IT Consulting describes itself simply: a team of professionals committed to delivering strong web and digital marketing outcomes at fair pricing, treating every client project as their own rather than a line item to bill. That philosophy shows up in the responsive support clients get once a project is underway, not just before the contract is signed.

How to Choose the Best Ayurveda Resort in Kerala: A 9-Point Checklist Before You Book

Kerala has more Ayurveda resorts than it has beaches. Search “Ayurveda retreat Kerala” and you will get properties charging ₹4,000 a night and properties charging ₹40,000 a night, and both will use the same words: authentic, traditional, personalised, healing.

The uncomfortable truth is that most of them are hotels with a massage room. A genuine Ayurvedic centre is a small clinic that happens to have accommodation. Those are two completely different things, and the difference matters enormously if you are flying halfway around the world and committing three weeks of your life.

Here are nine questions that separate them. Ask these before you pay a deposit anywhere.

Akanta Ayurveda Resort near Cherai Beach, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a tranquil Ayurvedic wellness experience.
Find your calm at Akanta Ayurveda Resort — a serene retreat near Cherai Beach where Ayurveda, nature, and relaxation come together.

1. Who actually owns the medical knowledge?

This is the single most revealing question, and almost nobody asks it.

Most resorts hire a doctor. The doctor is an employee who arrived last year and may leave next year. The treatment protocols came from a textbook or a consultant.

A minority of properties are extensions of an existing Ayurvedic hospital or family vaidya lineage. The clinical knowledge sits inside the family, not inside a job description.

For example, Akanta Ayurveda & Yoga Cherai grew out of Sree Rudravilasam Vaidyasala Ayurveda Hospital and Research Center, founded in 1952 by Panditarajan Sri. Trikkovil Rama Warrier — physician to the Kochi royal family, who received the title Panditarajan from the Maharaja of Cochin. That practice is now led by his granddaughter, Dr. Seetha Lekshmi M.D (Ay), alongside Dr. Rajeev Kumar. The resort came later, in 2018, as a place to deliver that hospital’s treatment in a residential setting.

That is a seventy-year clinical chain. Ask any resort you are considering: where did your protocols come from, and who wrote them? The answer tells you almost everything.

2. Is there a resident doctor, or a visiting one?

“We have an Ayurvedic doctor” can mean a physician who consults every morning, or a physician who drives over on Tuesdays.

You need daily access. Panchakarma is not a fixed programme — the dosage of medicated ghee in snehapanam, the day you are ready for virechana, whether a vasthi should be oil-based or decoction-based, all change based on how your body responds that morning. Somebody with a medical qualification has to make that call every single day.

Ask directly: how many doctors are on site, what are their qualifications, and will I see one daily?

3. Does treatment start with a consultation or with a package?

Here is a fast test. Go to the resort’s website and try to book.

If you can select a therapy from a menu and pay immediately, that is a spa. Nothing wrong with a spa — but do not confuse it with medicine.

In a real Ayurvedic centre, the sequence is reversed. You arrive, a doctor examines you, assesses your prakriti (constitution) and current vikriti (imbalance), and only then is a plan written. Two guests booked on the same programme will receive different therapies.

At Akanta, prakriti analysis happens on day one, before any therapy is scheduled. The wellness programmes — Punarjani, Swasti, Agni, Ritu and others — are frameworks, not fixed menus. What goes inside them is decided by a physician after examining you.

4. Are the conditions they treat specific, or vague?

Vague sites say: stress, detox, rejuvenation, wellness.

Clinical sites say what they actually work with. Akanta’s treatments page lists conditions individually — Parkinson’s disease, stroke rehabilitation, sciatica, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylosis, frozen shoulder, gout, low back ache, PCOS, menstrual disorders, post-menopausal syndrome, infertility, obesity, stress, anxiety and depression — and for each one sets out the Ayurvedic correlation, the treatment principle, and the specific therapies used.

You do not need to understand every Sanskrit term. What you are looking for is whether somebody has bothered to write clinical reasoning down. Marketing copy is easy. Treatment principles are not.

5. How long is the minimum programme?

Be sceptical of anywhere selling a “3-day panchakarma.”

Real detoxification has three phases — purvakarma (preparation), pradhanakarma (the main cleansing procedures), and paschatkarma (rebuilding). The preparation phase alone, where medicated ghee is taken internally to mobilise toxins from the tissues, typically runs several days before any cleansing begins. Rush it and you get an oil massage with a Sanskrit name.

Serious centres structure programmes in weeks and are upfront about the minimum. Akanta’s wellness programmes run 7, 14, 21 or 28 days, with a minimum seven-night stay recommended for any panchakarma programme, and the weight management programme starting at 21 days because anything shorter cannot deliver a metabolic result.

If you have only a few days, that is completely fine — book a short yoga and rejuvenation stay and enjoy it. Just do not call it panchakarma, and do not pay panchakarma prices for it.

6. Is yoga included daily, or sold separately?

Ayurveda and yoga are meant to work together. Therapy opens the channels; yoga and pranayama keep them open.

A resort that charges extra for a yoga class is treating yoga as an amenity rather than part of the protocol. Check whether sessions are daily, whether they are scheduled at the right times, and who leads them.

Akanta runs two sessions a day on the rooftop — 7:00 to 8:00 in the morning and 6:00 to 6:30 in the evening — as part of the daily programme, and yoga is included in the daily rate rather than billed as an extra.

7. Is there a real dinacharya, or just a treatment appointment?

Dinacharya is the Ayurvedic daily routine, and it is genuinely half the treatment. Fixed wake time, cleansing of the sense organs, meals at consistent hours, no daytime sleeping, early nights.

Ask for the daily schedule in writing. A property that has one will send it immediately. A property that does not will send you a brochure.

Akanta’s runs like this:

Time Activity
6:00 – 7:00 AM Dinacharya (cleansing of all sense organs)
7:00 – 8:00 AM Yoga and meditation (rooftop)
8:00 – 8:30 AM Breakfast
9:30 AM onwards Morning treatment session
11:00 – 11:30 AM Herbal juice
1:00 – 1:30 PM Lunch
2:30 PM onwards Afternoon treatment session
4:00 – 4:30 PM Herbal tea
6:00 – 6:30 PM Yoga and meditation (rooftop)
6:30 – 7:00 PM Sunset walk
7:00 – 7:30 PM Dinner

Notice there is no à la carte restaurant and no late dinner. That is the point.

8. Is the food prescribed or chosen?

If there is a buffet with a dessert counter, the kitchen is not part of the treatment.

In Ayurveda, food is the primary medicine. Meals should be matched to your dosha and adjusted through the phases of treatment — lighter during cleansing, gradually rebuilt afterwards. Akanta’s kitchen prepares meals according to individual dosha type using locally sourced organic ingredients, with all meals included in the daily rate, and the diet shifts as your programme progresses.

9. What exactly is included in the price?

This is where most of the unpleasant surprises happen.

At many Kerala properties the headline rate covers the room and food, and then consultations, medicines, and each individual therapy are billed separately. A fourteen-day programme can end up costing forty percent more than advertised.

Ask for one thing in writing: does your daily rate include accommodation, all meals, all treatments, all medicines and yoga?

Akanta publishes a single all-inclusive daily rate covering accommodation, treatments, yoga and meals:

Season Single occupancy Double occupancy
May – September (off-season) €145 / ₹13,000 per day €240 / ₹24,000 per day
October – April (season) €155 / ₹16,000 per day €260 / ₹27,000 per day

These programme rates apply whichever room you stay in — Standard or Deluxe makes no difference to the price, so there is no upgrade decision to worry about and no upsell at check-in. A minimum seven-night stay is recommended for panchakarma programmes. On the off-season rate, a fourteen-day single-occupancy programme works out at €2,030 — with treatments, medicines, meals and yoga inside that figure rather than added to it.

Whichever property you are considering, get the equivalent number in writing before you pay a deposit.

Putting it together

Nine questions. Any centre that answers all nine clearly is worth your money. Any centre that dodges three or more is selling you a holiday and calling it medicine.

Kerala genuinely is the home of Ayurveda, and the good places here are extraordinary. You just have to ask the right questions to find them.

If you want to see how one property answers all nine, you can look through Akanta Ayurveda & Yoga Cherai’s treatment programmes or ask them directly on WhatsApp at +91 99476 15551. A resort worth booking will answer clinical questions with clinical answers — and that response alone will tell you what you need to know.

Information provided here is for general awareness only. Treatment is prescribed solely after individual consultation with a qualified Ayurvedic physician. Please consult your doctor before starting any programme or discontinuing existing medication.
